JKD workshop with Sifu Lak Loi
Pre-requisites: Must be a fully registered JKD London student
Covid Protocol: For everyones health & safety, attendees MUST do a lateral flow test and only attend if they are all clear (i.e. negative), do not have any covid symptoms, and have not been exposed to anyone with covid in the last 10 days regardless of whether you are double-jabbed and/or have had the booster(s) – same as for the JKD classes
Date: Saturday 2nd September 2023 (subject to covid rules and guidelines)
Time: Arrival and registration at 10:45am. Event starts at 11:15am sharp till 4:15pm
Location: Jim McDonald Centre, Hatfield, AL10 8HR
Cost: £80
Requirements:
- Ensure you have paid your full workshop fees in advance to your instructor
- If you have got it, then bring all your martial arts equipment so you can train safely and effectively, which includes (but not limited to): boxing gloves, hand wraps, MMA gloves, gum shields, groin guards, shin pads, training knife, training gun, 2 sticks, and 2 changes of training clothing
- Bring a towel
- Bring plenty of water
