First ever Mohammed Ali Workshop.

Learn Mohammed Ali’s signature moves in this challenging martial arts workshop under the guidance of 3rd Generation Bruce Lee’s Jeet Kune Do instructor, Sifu Lak Loi.

Everyone welcome: Members and non-members welcome.  No martial arts experience necessary.

Contagion protocol: For everyones health & safety, attendees must only attend if you are all clear of any contagion (for example, covid, flu, cold, virus, etc), and have not been exposed to anyone with the contagion in the last 10 days regardless of whether you are jabbed and/or have had booster(s)

Early bird special: £97 for everyone  (£127 members, £147 non-members from April 2024)

1. Ensure you have paid your full workshop fees in advance to your instructor
2. If you have got some martial arts equipment, then bring it with you so you can train safely and effectively, which includes (but not limited to): boxing gloves, hand wraps, MMA gloves, gum shields, groin guards, shin pads, training knife, training gun, and stick
3. Bring a towel
4. Bring plenty of water.
