In the 1967 movie ‘The Wrecking Crew’, Bruce Lee choreographed fight scenes for the two main stars, namely Dean Martin and Sharon Tate who take on a bunch of bad guys.
You can tell it is choreographed by Bruce Lee, because at 00:36 secs in the first video showcasing a fight between Sharon Tate and Nancy Kwan, they both perform the only ever recorded version of Bruce Lee’s ‘Gin Lai’ (in Cantonese) or ‘Jun Fan Salut,’ that is the bow which Bruce always did before he opened and closed one of his Jeet Kune Do martial art & philosophy classes.
The second video showcases some of the *RARE* photos taken both off- and on-set during training and filming of ‘The Wrecking Crew.’
See if you can spot more Bruce Lee’s Jeet Kune Do cues in these epic fight scenes.
Enjoy the action, Lak
